The Position:

Seeking one Cognitive Psychologist (Research Assistant) passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will function at the frontlines of our research pipeline, engaging directly with varied human case studies within our experimental environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support behavioral data collection and first-tier qualitative/quantitative case study interactions.

• Observe and document behavioral shifts within sensory-tuned environments.

• Collaborate with our creative and research leads to bridge behavioral metrics with spatial design outcomes.

Requirements:

• Background in Cognitive Psychology, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences.

• Strong working knowledge or deep academic/practical interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Project Leader Assistant

We’re an emerging neuroaesthetic venture bridging spatial design, human behavior, and immersive environments. We need a sharp, multi-lingual Project Leader Assistant to keep our distributed creative network, in-house scientists, clients, and leadership locked in sync.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule Tracking: Keep art project plans current, track deadlines, and pivot timelines on the fly.

• The Bridge: Serve as the reliable comms link between creative network members, scientific researchers, clients, and project stakeholders.

• Documentation: Drive meeting agendas, capture tight minutes, and maintain clean project files.

• Resource Support: Assist with team supply allocation, basic budget tracking, and vendor paperwork.

• Risk Radar: Spot early bottlenecks or drift and flag them for the Project Manager before they bite.

Who You Are:

• The Organizer: Juggling shifting priorities and multi-threaded task lists is your default gear.

• The Polyglot: Fluent in at least 3 languages to keep diverse regional/global networks aligned.

• Tech-Comfortable: Native with PM tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project) and spreadsheets.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field + min. 1 year of coordination/admin mileage.

As a professional freelance artist you need a strong creative portfolio, mastery of traditional or experemental mediums with  communication skills. You should be able to work with a team of psychologists and project managers to deliver the project timeline. Your profile will be added to our wide netwok of artists database.

Artist Responsibilities & Duties

• Create original artwork using a variety of mediums such as oils, watercolors, pastels, acrylics, murals and other innovative expirimental mediums
• Develop and conceptualize artistic projects based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with a team of other artists and project managers to produce desired outcomes
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek to improve artistic skills and techniques
• Manage project timelines and meet deadlines

Artist Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field
• Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles
